We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our Individual Solutions team. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Investment Advisor Representatives (IAR's) working in the "Managed Money" area of service that help participants achieve Retirement Readiness and Financial Wellness by providing Fiduciary Recommendations to In-Plan Participants.
Here are a few examples of the types of things you'll do:
- Build and influence strategic partnerships with our plan sponsors, consultants, sales team and relationship managers
- Lead and handle the day to day responsibilities of a team with the priority of maintaining and strengthening a based on strong culture, flexibility, nimbleness and results/outcome based mentality within a highly regulated environment
- Use a strategic lense to leverage data to inform business decisions and priorities

Who You Are:
- Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 8 years of experience on a sales or service team marketing products and services
- FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 63, FINRA Series 24 or equivalent registrations required immediately upon employment
- FINRA Series 65 or 66Licenses or ability to obtain within 90 days required. Must meet firm standards for registration within applicable jurisdictions
- Ability to interpret and market all approved products and services offered in our product suite
- Mentor, develop, influence, and motivate internal partners to meet department and company goals
- Provide clear direction and define priorities that are linked to business strategies and goals of the company
- Sound operational and supervisory judgment
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to holding yourself and others to a high degree of integrity
- This position may be subject to SEC restrictions on personal political contributions
- You’ll be required to become a non-registered fingerprint person of PSI
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
- Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) supported and encouraged for growth and development
- Using data analysis to achieve results, financial planning competence, extensive industry knowledge, understanding of competitor's product offering, and business practices
