Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: The Senior Director of Development will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive development strategy that includes annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, events, and special campaigns.
- Cultivation and Stewardship: This role will build meaningful relationships with alumni, donors, parents, and community partners to foster a culture of philanthropy. By prioritizing personalized stewardship and thoughtful cultivation, the Senior Director will ensure donors feel connected to STM’s mission and inspired to deepen their support.
- Campaigns: The Senior Director will develop and execute comprehensive campaigns, including capital and major gift initiatives, that align with STM’s strategic priorities. Responsibilities include designing campaign strategies, securing leadership gifts, and managing timelines and donor engagement efforts to achieve ambitious goals.
- Data-Driven Results: Utilizing CRM tools and donor data, the Senior Director will analyze fundraising trends, identify new opportunities, and enhance donor stewardship. This includes ensuring accurate gift tracking, timely acknowledgments, and robust reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements
