We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to assist with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Manage administrative functions, assist with event set up and operations.
- Maintain employee records and databases.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and respond to internal HR-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role preferred.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS is a plus.
