About the Role
We are seeking a mission-driven, hyper-organized, and highly discreet Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a rapidly expanding mental healthcare company. This is a unique, high-impact role that blends corporate operations with personal support — offering visibility into strategic initiatives and decision-making at the highest level.
You will serve as the CEO’s trusted partner, providing executive and personal support across business functions, clinical programs, and family logistics. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes ownership of every task — whether preparing for a media appearance or handling medical appointments for the CEO’s children.
This role may evolve into a Chief of Staff position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and team operations.
- Manage and triage the CEO’s inbox and communications channels.
- Track budgets, process invoices, and provide support on financial and administrative tasks.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality on all matters, including health and business information.
Personal & Family Support
- Oversee personal and household scheduling: travel, events, school logistics, and medical appointments.
- Manage errands, vendor relationships, home deliveries, and personal purchases.
- Coordinate family celebrations, holidays, and other special events.
- Support household finances, including bill pay, budgeting, and financial organization.
- Ensure flexible availability, including occasional after-hours needs or urgent matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Major in business or finance strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years supporting a C-level executive — healthcare or high-growth environments strongly preferred. This is a high level executive support role. We are looking for someone who is operationally savvy, excellent at managing communications, and familiar with supporting executives.
-This role may evolve into a Chief of Staff position for the right candidate.
- Meticulously organized, with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Superb writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project/task management tools.
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and composed under pressure.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
- Availability for occasional travel and after-hours responsiveness.
- Driver's license and confidence to drive company vehicle on errands required.
