In this role you will be responsible for assisting clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and providing information about our products and services. Your goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer/client needs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- 2 to 4 years costumer service/inside sales experience is a plus
- Must have professional written and oral communication skills
- Must possess strong computer skills
- Must exude high energy and professionalism
- Must speak, read, and write the English language
- Must work well independently or in a team environment
