PMC is specifically looking for an energetic person that is very well organized when faced with multiple administrative tasks simultaneously such as responding to emails, researching inventory, scanning documents, and overall highly responsive.The ability to multitask is required. Job candidates must be able to organize tasks, prioritize steps on multiple simultaneous projects, set appointment and task calendar reminders, and communicate milestones effectively to fellow team members and our customers.
Excellent communication skills are required using email and over the phone. A pleasant speaking voice is required. To be successful candidates must have a kind, professional, and diligent demeanor.
Systematic clerical skills are required. Utilizing a file folder system for hard copy and soft copy items will be critical to the employee's success.
PMC is a business-to-business direct mail production company. We have a facility in Fredericksburg that completes approximately 1,000,000 inserted envelopes per day among dozens of daily projects.
Our clients are typically marketing agencies that represent large non-profit organizations, political action groups, and/or membership associations.
Once a project gets awarded, our customer account managers monitor the schedule, project set-ups, sign-offs/approvals of printing, personalization, and mail shop production from the start of the project through to completion, the mail date, and invoicing.
The ability to work with strong personalities is required. Employees must have the ability to look, listen, and learn from more experienced staff and customers, and also remain calm at all times especially when deadlines are looming.
Employees for this position must be able to walk briskly, climb stairs, and cover lots of ground in our large production facility. Heavy lifting is not required.
Regular hours will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime before and after these hours in order to keep up with deadlines and customer requirements.
We have an enterprise software platform that all staff use to monitor and control the project workflow from estimating to warehouse receiving and staging, through to production, and inventory reconciliation once the job is complete. The employee's duties will be to utilize the tools and training we give you to manage projects and impress our customers with your ability to keep them well informed throughout the process.
We are seeking employees that can adapt to ever-changing circumstances, make quick and lucid responses, and change tasks frequently.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
