Job Overview :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented   Entry-Level Press Production Specialist   to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will assist in the operation and maintenance of our press equipment, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality custom merchandise. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in manufacturing and production who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in setting up and operating press machines to produce custom products (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, hats, etc.).
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on press machines.
• Ensure that production materials are properly loaded and prepared.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Work closely with senior team members to learn about various press operations and techniques.
• Assist in performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Follow production schedules and report any issues or delays to the Production Manager.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills and knowledge of the press operation.

Requirements Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications or coursework in manufacturing, machinery operation, or related fields are a plus. Experience : Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operator role is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn on the job is essential. Skills : Strong attention to detail and quality control. Basic mechanical aptitude or a desire to develop technical skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and move materials as needed. Comfortable working in a production environment that may include noise and exposure to various materials.
