The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy to drive e-commerce sales for a variety of clients in various industries, including fan merchandise. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the entertainment, sports and gaming industries while driving the fan experience.

- Develop strategies and implement campaigns on paid channels such as Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, Reddit affiliate marketing, and other paid channels as needed.
- Optimizes paid marketing campaigns for performance across channels. Optimizations include keyword selection, bid strategies, social media audiences and creative, affiliate relationships and more.
- Develop and maintain profitable paid marketing programs driving an optimal return on advertising spend.
- Develop an understanding of and leverage Snow Commerce’s proprietary budget management platform to ensure all campaigns meet their budget and performance targets.
- Develop incremental budget recommendations using historical data or trend analysis that is complete with expected results.
- Monitor organic search ranking across assigned clients and make SEO recommendations as needed. Ensure new sites are optimized at site launch.
- Determine the most effective marketing mix to drive the most revenue for each client.
- Monitor analytics and produce monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports as needed that draw actionable insights from data. The Digital Marketing Strategist will also be responsible for presenting these reports to clients while also fielding questions about the results.
- Leverage data from multiple data sources, including ad platforms, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc., to understand the customer journey and make strategic recommendations for constant improvement.
- Constantly improve understanding of digital marketing (search, social, email, Amazon, etc) through continuous research and training on a weekly basis. The Digital Marketing Strategist must maintain an ongoing understanding of industry changes (such as iOS15, new Google campaign types, etc)), standards and best practices and implement these changes in your day-to-day work. The Digital Marketing Strategist should also be able to effectively communicate these changes to clients and the internal team.
- Work closely with teammates and clients, establishing strong communication practices. The ideal candidate does not wait to be told what to do.
- BA/BSc in Marketing or related field
- Ecommerce experience is a plus. Agency experience is also a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to self-teach if necessary.
- Proficiency with analytic tools such as Google Analytics.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain excellent colleague and client relationships.
