Your Daily Tasks Will Include
- Overseeing the safety of your team by ensuring that all members are following the safety procedures and Standard Operating Protocol
- Checking in with team members to make sure they’re meeting production goals and understanding priorities
- Completing end-of-shift checks to oversee that your team leaves their workstations in top condition for the next shift
- Helping your team resolve scheduling issues and giving members access to clock in and out
- Ensuring that the teams have what they need to succeed, including needed materials and accurate printing parameters
- Stepping in where you’re needed with tasks to fill production gaps and keep your team on track
- Performing other duties as assigned
- At least a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 years of technical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Technical post-secondary studies diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and hardware
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Establish and maintain working relationships with your team
- Take initiative and work independently
