We are a printing leader in the Tri-State area. We have been in business for 35 years and have maintained a loyal client base through our solution based partnerships! We are experts in the printing, binding, and fulfillment marketplace and work with a wide array of customers.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service / Office Assistant with experience working in a print shop. Role involves completing daily tasks which include answering the phones, understanding customers' print needs, making deliveries to customers, running mailing machines, running essential business day to day errands, creating and preparing UPS shipping labels.
Responsibilities include:
- Front desk Customer Service along with phone and internet service
- Assist with typesetting and design
- Create UPS shipping labels
- Lift Packages and make deliveries
- Drive Delivery Vans to make deliveries
- Order Fulfillment for Warehousing Customer
- Process all shipments to Customers
- Ability to learn office / print jobs such as Bindery, Mailing, and Processing orders to be printed.

- Ability to effectively use technology to communicate, manage data, record and retrieve customer contacts and access essential information about our business.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, conflict management and aptitude to leverage various technologies to drive efficiencies.
- Knowledge of large and small format printing; as well as, managed print services
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of B2B Customer Service experience.
- Great Customer Service
- Good Driving Record
- Good Office Assistant/Managerial skills
- Ability to travel as needed to make delivery.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
