PFL is seeking a motivated and hardworking Shipping Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of outgoing customer shipments.

Job Activities

• Prioritize shipments to meet shipping deadlines
• Use Inventory Tracking System to prepare for daily shipments
• Pick inventory for shipments with an attention to detail
• Confirm box contents with packing slips to ensure accuracy
• Use digital printers and other light industrial finishing tools
• Escalate shipping issues as needed
• Complete post shift cleanup duties
• Assist other departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned

Essential Functions

• Possess an intermediate level of technical proficiency to utilize internal and external software tools for prioritizing shipments, ensuring efficient workflow and on time shipments
• Adhere strictly to processes and review digital job tickets with attention for detail, ensuring quality products, high accuracy, and low spoilage
• Continuously aware of work environment, and strict adherence to safety protocols
• Operate and maintain equipment, including digital printers and pallet jacks, safely and effectively while managing a high volume of work
• Perform physical tasks required for the shipping position, including standing for 8-10-hour shifts, lifting and transporting objects weighting up-to 40 pounds, and executing a variety of functional movements such as grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, bending, stooping, and climbing

The Details

• Compensation starting at $18 per hours, full-time position.
• Position works 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, during daytime hours.
