Customer Service/ Account Representative
Commercial Printing Facility in Orange County, CA is looking for an experienced customer service/account representative. We are looking for an individual who is dynamic, able to work independently and think out of the box with a can-do attitude. Experience is a must in the printing industry. We are a fast- paced facility and require a go-getter who can bring experience and knowledge to the table.
The position requires and individual who can multi-task not be afraid to approach things head on and be accountable from start to finish on any project they work on. Responsibilities include:
- Strong written and verbal skills a must
- Pleasant, professional, and inviting demeanor, answering of phones and directing calls as well as taking down any necessary information on incoming requests including quote specifications correctly
- Knowledge of Paper, press sizes, general printing processes including Offset, Digital and Large Format
- Team player – works well with others but also able to work independently.
- Follow through on all accounts including follow through on quotes submitted, emails, responding to clients in a timely manner. Being accountable and taking ownership of clients/orders from beginning to end
- Print Smith experience a plus or relevant printing software knowledge
- Flexible in schedule this is a full-time 8- hour position that may require longer hours and weekends as needed to get the job done. We require punctuality
- Communication between each department Co-workers and client very important
- Time management, scheduling and attention to every detail required
- Excel and Microsoft office knowledge
- Candidate must be able to offer solutions and resolve problems as arise
- Not afraid to upsell or call on prior quotes given to clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
