About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our sales prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for prospects during the sales process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Coordinate all follow-up communications, scheduling, and touchpoints between the sales team and prospects.
- Take full responsibility for scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales representatives and prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM.
- Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations as needed to support the sales team.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to sales processes, ensuring all steps are completed for every prospect.
- Identify and address any gaps or inefficiencies in the sales process, recommending improvements when needed.
- Communicate directly with clients and prospects to schedule meetings and confirm appointments.
- Ensure timely follow-up after meetings, delivering updates or next steps as required.
- Act as a liaison between prospects and the sales team to keep communications clear and aligned.
- Track and report on sales progress, follow-up activities, and prospect statuses to provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.
- Regularly review and update sales pipeline data to maintain accuracy and accountability
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support, or a related administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with proven experience leveraging software systems and digital productivity tools to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage workflows effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
