Position Overview:
PRIORIS Claims Management Solutions is seeking highly motivated Auto Liability Claims Specialists with experience in full-cycle claims handling. In this role, you will manage claims from start to finish, demonstrating technical precision and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
As an Auto Liability Claims Specialist, you will drive the claims process by contacting customers by phone and email, conducting timely investigations, analyzing accident details and related documentation, negotiating settlements, and utilizing available resources to resolve claims effectively. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Work Schedule:
This role requires an in-office presence Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Applicants must be able and willing to adhere to this schedule consistently.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of successful handling of personal automobile insurance claims experience from First Notice of Loss to Settlement.
- Strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills to achieve fair and efficient resolutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven ability to follow and comply with Department of Insurance guidelines and requirements.
- Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume, metric-driven environment.
- Willingness to engage directly with customers via phone.
- Demonstrates a keen sense of urgency to handle claims promptly, ensuring each case is thoroughly worked to completion with efficiency and accuracy.
- Current and valid Texas Adjuster license (All-Lines or Property and Casualty) required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while guiding customers through the claims process.
- Analyze policies and accident details to determine coverage, liability, and damages owed.
- Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate cases when necessary.
- Actively participate in weekly and quarterly claim forums.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines.
- Operate in a metrics-driven environment, maintaining quality standards throughout the entire claims process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Equipment Operation:
- Operate standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, telephones, and printers.
Physical Requirements:
- Typical office environment involves walking, standing and prolonged sitting at a computer.
