We are looking to expand our team by adding a service manager. Priority 1 is seeking an innovative individual with skills and experience to coordinate our field technicians in their daily operations. This person should have good multi-tasking, coordination and geographical awareness abilities. This will insure the daily technicians schedule will meet the customers needs and our needs. This individual is expected to be effective and efficient with our manpower and equipment. This position has staff to take most customer calls.
Job Functions (include but not limited to):
Communicating professionally with customers to explain system use
Coordinate with sales, service and installation personnel
Maximize use of staff for efficiency and productivity
Verify parts and equipment in house in preparation of installations
Have some technical knowledge of systems
Track staff attendance and provide encouragement and discipline as needed
Good communication and memory skills are a must
Must have good attendance and punctuality
Must have a great teamwork attitude

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
