Job Summary :
We are seeking dependable and motivated Radio Frequency (RF) Technicians to join our team. The role involves installing RF systems and equipment throughout Southern California, with light troubleshooting as needed. We welcome candidates with experience, as well as those new to the field who are eager to learn and grow in this industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install RF systems, including antennas, cabling, and related hardware, at job sites across Southern California.
- Perform light troubleshooting to resolve basic system issues.
- Conduct system tests to ensure proper installation and functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in an organized and clean condition.
- Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project satisfaction.
