The strategic marketing partner will serve as a marketing consultant to sales, service line leaders, business development teams and other leaders across the Priority Health organization. This role is responsible for ensuring a strong connection between strategic growth initiatives and marketing activities.
This role will have shared accountability for co-creating & co-executing a go-to-market marketing strategy supporting sales, retention and product. Working alongside partners both within marketing and other departments/service lines to drive transformation, the strategic marketing partner takes a data-driven approach to decision-making, using market data, industry insights and consumer segmentation information to build upon a strong foundation of marketing and communications knowledge.
Thinking outside the box, moving beyond the status quo and a strong desire to continuously learn is essential. This professional is dedicated to the engagement of target audiences, building relationships by identifying audience needs and positioning Priority Health as a leader in the market.

Essential Functions
- Accountable for integrating business strategies for a cohesive go-to market plan and building strong, positive business relationships with departments and leaders, projecting a sense of shared ownership for marketing efforts.
- Ability to bring a Point of View (POV) to service line discussions around current marketing trends and approaches and facilitate high-level discussions to develop marketing strategies and innovative tactics to create business value.
- Leads cross-functional project teams to produce work that achieves set metrics per campaign. Holds team members accountable for their project deliverables.
- Brings collected market and consumer data and insights to assist in the decision-making process related to marketing initiatives. Consumes research from various internal & external resources in order to achieve this.
- Responsible for reporting marketing results on a periodic basis to leadership throughout the system. Requires solid understanding of what constitutes return-on-investment for a given strategy. Responsible for tracking budgets & expenditures related to agreed-upon marketing tactics for assigned business lines.
- Develop and maintain collaborative, transparent relationships on behalf of the department, working with leaders and colleagues in and outside of the department to problem-solve and address barriers together.
- Make decisions and advance work independently. Challenge thinking and encourage creative problem solving. Ensure deadlines are met with the ability to escalate overlaps and misalignments, as well as synergies and opportunities in all project work.
- Required Bachelor's Degree Marketing or Business preferred
- Preferred Master's Degree
- 7 years of relevant experience experience in marketing or communications Required
- 5 years of relevant experience supervisory/leadership Preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience in the development, design and execution of business to consumer marketing strategies. Required
- 3 years of relevant experience Ability to identify opportunities and streamline processes; continuous improvement. Required
- No Experience Working knowledge of SalesForce and Hubspot Preferred
