JOB SUMMARY:
Priority Auto Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Accounting Specialist to join our administrative team. This full-time, hourly position is perfect for an individual who is passionate about the auto industry and has exceptional organizational and numerical skills. As a key member of our team, the Automotive Accounting Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing and managing all billing-related tasks for our dealerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review all vehicle sales transactions in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring required documentation is complete and compliant with dealership regulations
- Shipping of Contracts to lien holders for funding
Document tracking notes
- Data entry of vehicle information and sales data into the dealership's electronic billing system
Communicate and collaborate with other dealership departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
Keep detailed records of all billing transactions and maintain organized files
Continuously analyze and improve billing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Process payoff to traded vehicles
Follow up for outstanding titles & reassignment
- Assure timely and accurate processing of all Warranty related paperwork
Review and verify all warranty invoices, sales contracts, and lease agreements for accuracy and compliance
Prepare and submit warranty contracts and cancellations to appropriate lenders/vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in accounting or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in automotive billing, accounting, or related field
- Excellent numerical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in basic mathematical operations and Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with electronic billing systems (CDK Global experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other team members and departments
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
