Massive backlog of Spine cases.

Dedicated PA.

Can perform surgeries at several local hospitals.

Hospital Call possible for a period of time.

The PAs take Call for the practice.

Baseline compensation plus tiered productivity.

Optional Partnership Track

Separate option to buy into their exclusively owned surgery center.
