Priority Staffing Group is seeking to Logistics Specialist position for a Marion manufacturer. Position is full time, with 1st and 2nd shift options available. This is a rotational shift working 3 days one week, and working 4 days the next week. Shifts are 5am-5pm and 5pm-5am.
Responsibilities include :
- Loading, unloading, shipping and receiving warehouse items with forklift / or pallet jack.
- Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Track inventory of incoming and outgoing items.
- Responsible for correct counts and shipments in a timely manner.
- Responsible for supplying Manufacturing with component orders.
- Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
- Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identifying workplace safety hazards.
- Adhering to safety management standards.
- Adhering to production schedules.
