Position: Clinical Practice Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage and supervise the daily operations of the urgent care center, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to organizational policies.
- Staff Management: Train and lead a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the billing department to implement effective revenue management policies and procedures. Monitor billing and collection processes for optimal financial performance.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to uphold the highest standards of patient care. Monitor and improve operational efficiency and performance metrics.
- Patient Experience: Foster a patient-centered approach, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for patients. Address patient concerns and feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff, administrative teams, and other departments to streamline communication and ensure coordinated patient care.
- Communication with Upper Management: Provide regular updates and reports to upper management on clinic operations, challenges, and achievements. Collaborate with executives to align clinic goals with overall organizational objectives.
Work Schedule:
- The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekdays, some assigned evenings, and some weekends.
- Rotating paid holidays and on-call shifts may be part of the schedule.
Qualifications:
- Precious Medical Assistant experience is required.
- Proven experience in a healthcare leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including effective communication with upper management.
- Ability to make sound decisions independently and solve complex problems.
- Proficient in the use of healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation:
The starting salary is $26 per hour.
