Job Summary: A Risk Analyst is tasked with evaluating potential risks and uncertainties that an organization may face and developing strategies to minimize or manage these risks effectively. They utilize their analytical skills, financial expertise, and industry knowledge to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete assigned reviews and tasks in a timely fashion.
• Manage incoming calls and assist merchants/agents/partners with concerns or issues.
• Assist senior level team members with cases or additional tasks.
• Requests and releases are completed as cases are worked.
• Continue to train and learn the process.
• Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular and predictable attendance considering any rights to leaves provided by law or company policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Quick learning and able to adapt to a changing work environment.
• Highly professional demeanor and appearance.
• Sound ability to make decisions.
• Responsible and trustworthy with proven accountability.
• Must maintain a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; able to handle a situation under pressure and find a solution; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
• Must be a good communicator and able to take direction as well as provide direction when needed.
• Ability to receive and analyze data.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range: $50,000 - $68,000

Traditional Physical Requirements

• Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching.
