- Regular, reliable in-person attendance
- Front-End Development: Build, optimize, and maintain front-end components and user interfaces using modern frameworks like Angular, Vue, or React.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with product designers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces, ensuring design integrity throughout the development process.
- Design System Implementation: Assist in establishing and maintaining a scalable design system, developing reusable components in both Figma and code, and promoting consistency across all digital products.
- User-Centered Approach: Apply user-centered design principles to enhance usability and accessibility, ensuring that applications meet user needs and preferences.
- Research and Analytics Support: Participate in user research initiatives to gather insights and utilize analytics tools to inform design and development decisions.
- Quality Assurance: Implement UI testing practices and adhere to coding standards to ensure high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with product leaders, stakeholders, and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute to feature prioritization.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience and development processes.
