We are hiring full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in Centennial, Colorado. This is not a remote work position.
JOB SUMMARY
The Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist position supports the Accounting Department with various transactional accounting functions. In this role, you will be interacting with various internal departments and external customers and requires discretion in confidentiality, excellent customer service, effective communication, problem solving, organization, responsiveness, and precise attention to detail and follow through.
- Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience.
- Schedule: While PriorityOne Group operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we generally schedule our Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialists in 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 5:00pm.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities and Duties
· Invoicing: Review completed work orders for accuracy. Prepare, generate and distribute customer invoices.
· Payments: Process incoming check, ACH and credit card payments.
· Collections: Follow up via phone and email on past due invoices and declined credit card payments.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, bookkeeping and/or restaurant management is a plus
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and Microsoft Windows based software environments
Standout Qualifications
- The best candidates will have at least 2 years of related accounts payable/receivable experience to accelerate our on-the-job training processes
- Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task, think critically, and adapt
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.
