Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

Compensation: $36-$38/hr

Location: Castle Rock, CO

Position: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and clean up Lumen/CenturyLink invoices
• Process CRWs and Pcard audits/accruals
• Prepare and reconcile check-run envelopes
• Conduct cash receipt research and reconciliations
• Perform JE reclasses for cash receipts (depending on skill level)
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Suite
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Broader finance experience beyond AP/AR
• Familiarity with governmental finance (a plus but not required)
