- Coordinate with the Project Manager and field staff on material deliveries from the warehouse or supply businesses to job locations as needed.
- Responsible for shipping and receiving.
- Operate forklifts, warehouse machinery and company vehicles in a safe manner, in accordance with state laws and company policies.
- Support panel shop with material inventory counts for automation panel builds.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse/shop in a clean, orderly and safe working environment.
- Comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Engage in operations meetings with the management team to ensure clarity on the requirements for achieving project goals and deadlines for our customers.
- Report any maintenance, safety or any other issues/concerns to the Area Operations Manager.
- Perform any other work-related duties as assigned.
- Manage project related documents by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
- Oversee clerical tasks to support the area operations manager.
- High School Diploma or GED plus experience.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office 365 software.
- Forklift operating experience preferred.
- Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently.
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills.
- Possess strong communication (written and oral) skills.
- Must be a self-starter and open to making suggestions for improving operations and procedures.
- Subject to a background check, as well as drug and alcohol testing, per applicable federal regulations.
- The workday is a standard 8 hours and is spent in a warehouse and office setting.
- Work activities may involve lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, bending and climbing
