This role will provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources, including recruiting, training, new hire onboarding, coordination of associate engagement activities, accurate and timely completion of HR paperwork, and understanding and enforcement of company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources
• Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet business needs
• Coordinate associate engagement activities to enhance employee morale and productivity
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR paperwork
• Understand and enforce company policies
• Develop and implement programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years human resources experience and administrative experience preferred
• Strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
• Will be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
