Duties

- Cover the office we people are on vacation

- Provide support in customer service inquiries, addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize computer software to manage office tasks, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as needed.

Experience
- 1 year previous experience in a similar administrative role is required.
- Strong computer literacy skills are essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills are necessary for interacting with clients and visitors.
- Experience in office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing schedules will be advantageous.
