Job Summary
Responsible for identifying, researching, and establishing opportunities for cultivation of relationships and strengthening referral activities amongst employed and non-employed provider groups, primarily focusing on our areas with a large amount of out-migration. Promotes core and specialty services to the physician community with a heavy focus on increasing volumes for Prisma Health entities. Provides a direct line of communication from Prisma leadership to physicians and physician practices to promote healthcare services in our primary markets. This includes creating and implementing strategies to promote domestic utilization, and to creatively identify solutions for barriers presented by physicians. Leads the development of strong lasting relationships with physician partners, including hosting events to introduce our brand and differentiators and coordinating events to promote Prisma Health services.Essential Functions

Promotes core Prisma Health services through on site visits and interactions with physicians, staff members and administration.
Develops strategies and identifies barriers to conversion of business and collaborates for resolution to promote growth.
Creates and maintains appropriate physician content to help market and promote new services
Partners with Medical Group leadership and Hospital administration to determine needs in each market and community and assist in development of plans to address those needs with current service offerings.
Creates, maintains and develops educational content for our provider practices on the ways in which they can refer to our various services.
Performs other duties as assigned.

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study.
Experience - Five (5) years of experience in healthcare, specifically in customer service, marketing and/or sales.
In Lieu Of
Six to eight (6 to 8) years of experience in healthcare, specifically in customer service, marketing and/or sales may be considered.
