Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee the clinical operations of our Employer Health Services (EHS) programs. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the effective delivery of quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to support EHS programs as needed, including occupational health and wellness and prevention.
Participate in the assessment of clinical staffing needs and assist with maintaining master work schedules.
Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely payroll preparation and submission.
Develop and conduct clinical orientation and in-service training for EHS clinical staff.
Maintain a high level of expertise in workers' compensation regulations, CDC, DOT, OSHA, DHEC, DEA, and other regulatory agency policies and procedures.
Requirements
Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field.
3 years of experience in a clinical field of certification or licensure.
