Main Responsibilities
Lead Clinical Team: Oversee the clinical operations of EHS programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Staff Management: Participate in the assessment of clinical staffing needs and assist with maintaining master work schedules.
Training and Development: Develop and conduct clinical orientation and in-service training for EHS clinical staff.
Regulatory Expertise: Maintain a high level of expertise in workers' compensation regulations, CDC, DOT, OSHA, DHEC, DEA, and other regulatory agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field.
3 years of experience in a clinical field of certification or licensure.
