Clinical Nurse - Acute Inpatient Setting
About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse in our acute inpatient setting, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and leadership to patients and families. You will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care that is centered around the needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on evidence-based practices and research
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
- Provide direct care to assigned patients and delegate tasks as appropriate to members of the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information and communicate effectively with other healthcare team members
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
