Position Summary
The Multimedia Production Coordinator manages video, photography, and print projects from concept to completion. This mid-level role focuses on ensuring high-quality deliverables, coordinating timelines, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
This position is onsite only—remote or hybrid work arrangements will not be offered at this time. Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications and have reliable transportation to commute to our location. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply; however, relocation assistance is not provided. This position also requires occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Production: Plan and execute video shoots, including storyboarding, filming, and advanced editing with motion graphics tools.
- Photography: Capture professional-grade photos for campaigns and events.
- Design Production: Oversee the production of complex print and digital materials, such as posters and multi-page layouts.
- Coordinate project schedules and vendor communications to meet deadlines.
- Ensure consistent quality control across all video, photo, and print outputs.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in video, photography, or print production.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Audition.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt workflows to meet team and project needs while achieving quality goals.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
