Lawn Maintenance Lead Worker

Pristine Green Outdoor Services, LLC is looking for a solid candidate to serve as Lawn Maintenance Lead Worker for the 2025 season and potentially beyond. Position is seasonal, and will begin ASAP, lasting roughly thru early November 2025. 25-30 hours per week on average, daily Monday through Friday.

Primary responsibilities of the Lawn Maintenance Lead Worker include servicing all lawn mowing customers weekly, on set routes per day. This person will also occasionally assist business owner with other outdoor services work as required, such as shrub trimming, landscaping, etc.

Work Requirements:

***Previous Lawn Maintenance or Landscaping experience essential. Must have at least short term experience in production mowing operations. Please do not apply if you do not have such experience, such applications will be rejected.

Note that the work involved with this position is highly dependent on the weather, hours worked may vary if weather conditions dictate, this is not an 9-5 job.
$18-$22 to start, exact rate depending on prior experience and skill set.

**Note - all applicants asked to interview will perform a brief practical mowing/trimming exercise to gauge actual experience doing that type of work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
