We are seeking to hire a Crew Leader to help supervise and work with our crew.
Leadership Duties will include:
- Oversee team members on daily basis
- Keep crew on schedule to meet weekly goals
- Help team maintain high quality work
- Help train and onboard new team members as needed
RegularJob duties will include:
- Mowing (Zero-Turn Mowers)
- Trimming
- Edging
- Shrub Trimming
- Bed Cleanups/Maintenance
- Mulch Instillation
- Aeration & Seeding
- Leaf Cleanups
- Gutter Cleaning
- Snow/Ice Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- No serious pending or past felonies
- Missouri commercial pesticide applicator license
Required Qualifications:
- Previous Commercial Lawn/Landscape maintenance experience a must (3-5 years preferred)
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to work occasional weekends, if necessary due to weather delays.
- High attention to detail
- Valid Missouri (Class E) drivers license with clean driving history.
- Must be 18 and legally able to work in the United States.
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions in peak of summer.
