Quality Assurance Inspector
Pay Rate - $15 / hr
Basic Function
QC Inspector reports to and receives work assignments and supervision from Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage all data coming from the clean touch or 24 / 7 system and testing result.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and address quality concerns promptly.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for growth within the quality control process.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to employees to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Generate reports and distribute them to relevant personnel and clients.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing productivity and maintaining quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and ensure quality processes align with current standards.
- Attends internal meetings and represents the facility at external meetings as deemed necessary.
- Other duties as needed by company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to exercise independent judgment.
