Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Lawyer to join our Georgia team. The successful candidate will handle personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation, ensuring our clients receive top-tier legal guidance and support. This role involves working closely with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and our litigation team to maximize case outcomes.

Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough client consultations to assess claims and develop case strategies.Manage a caseload of 100 pre-litigation personal injury cases from start to resolution.Communicate with insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Coordinate and review medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation for case valuation.Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress.Review demand letters to insurance companies.Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient case management.Transition cases to litigation when necessary, providing detailed hand-offs to the litigation team.Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Georgia.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation.Proven track record of negotiating favorable settlements.Strong understanding of personal injury laws, including liability, damages, and medical terminology.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a compassionate approach.What We Offer :
