Your Opportunity
The Regional Sales Analyst (RSA), in partnership with a Regional Director, will be responsible for proactive sales, support, and service of clients and prospects in their assigned territory. This includes developing and maintaining existing relationships as well as identifying and acquiring new business. To be successful in this role, the RSA will be expected to:
· Understand complex alternative investment capabilities across private and registered investment vehicles and effectively communicate them to prospective clients in a clear and articulate manner, both verbally and in writing
· Partner with Regional Director to develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with financial advisors in the RIA and Wirehouse channels
· Conduct proactive outreach to financial advisors to convey Privacore’s mission, communicate thought leadership and identify opportunities to add value
· Develop new business by calling on financial advisors and providing sales & marketing information, completing follow-up information requests, and providing timely updates on products and new offerings
· Provide Regional Director with sales and client service support; including scheduling meetings, preparing analytics and presentations, managing distribution of client and prospect materials, and updating CRM data
· Handle daily territory management tasks to ensure business efficacy and effective prioritization of resources
· Engage in planning and business development using a consistent sales process to drive sales and strengthen advisor relationships
· Partner with the Regional Director to develop and implement a Territory Business Plan
· Communicate effectively with other team members and leaders to ensure a high degree of transparency and collaboration
· Participate in projects and initiatives to help improve overall team efficiency
Must Have Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of relevant post-undergraduate experience in Financial Services (alternative asset management or private wealth management preferred)
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
· FINRA Series 7/63 license required
· Strong understanding of capital markets and financial investment strategies, including alternative asset classes
· High level of accountability and drive; self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to develop strategic business relationships
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
