About Us -
We are a small team of caregivers with one client and our goal is to provide him the most excellent quality care within his home. We are located in Cape Carteret.

Please don't waste our time if you are not a caring soul. Don't waste time if you give your job the bare minimum. We are looking for someone who is flexible with open availability. Someone who shows up on time and has minimal call offs. Someone with a good work ethic and who is dependable. Someone who is looking for a long term job, stability, and consistency. We are 24/7/365 care. Shifts are day shift 7am-3pm, evening shift 3-11pm, and overnight shift from 11pm-7am. You will be trained on all of the shifts to best optimize your placement within the house. We do offer 12-16 hour shifts as well.
Qualifications/Requirements -
Must have high school or equivalent.
Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be flexible and dependable with a good work ethic.
Ability/highly motivated to work together as a team.
Willingness to learn and grow with our company.
This is not a Monday - Friday "day job" as we care for our client 24/7 365 days.
Duties/Responsibilities -
Duties vary from shift to shift. Some shifts have more personal care while other shifts have more household or client driven tasks.
Personal care includes but not limited to - washing, dressing, transferring, emptying of Foley catheter bag and ostomy bag.
Household duties include but not limited to - laundry, dishes, taking out the trash and recycling, sweeping/mopping, running errands, grocery shopping, making dinner (3-11pm shift), dusting, etc. Basic things to make a house, a home for our client.
Transportation includes but not limited to - taking the client to and from meetings/work using his own personal vehicle. For running errands you may use the clients personal vehicle.
One job or task is not just one shifts. We all work together to complete tasks to better serve our client and his overall needs.
Benefits
Paid training from day one.
Paid federal holidays that you work and paid vacation time after 1 year.
Pay starts at 17.00 with a 6 month satisfactory review with the possibility of a pay increase at that time and regular raises after that time.
OT is paid for working over 40 hours.
