Job Overview
PCS is growing and seeking a Transition Manager to help integrate new financial advisors to the Firm. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Duties
- Consult with and educate new advisors and their staff as they transition business to PCS.
- Facilitate training and provide ongoing guidance about transitioning advisors' book of business.
- Open new accounts and research paperwork issues with direct business vendors.
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Monitor progress during the transition phase and adjust plans as necessary to ensure success.
- Maintain clear communication with all parties involved, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices throughout the transition process.
Skills
- Strong professional presence skills to guide teams through transitions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Thorough understanding of the sales/recruiting process and operational functions at a Broker-Dealer.
- Highly organized with great attention to the details.
- Working knowledge of Pershing platform.
- Ability to learn quickly and develop a basic knowledge of numerous software applications.
- Travel to client offices as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,500.00 - $68,400.00 per year
