The Assistant Controller will play a key role in managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial management.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Masters preferred but not required.
- 2-3 years of experience in public accounting preferred but not required.
- CPA Certification preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
