About the Role:
Reporting to the U.S. Director of Client Protection, you will co-manage the Client Protection team and play a crucial role in enhancing and executing compliance best practices. The team operates cross-functionally, ensuring that services are delivered in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement legal and compliance policies to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Work directly with clients in the compliance and legal space to support business development.
- Design and conduct compliance training for internal teams.
- Partner on strategic projects to set industry standards in a rapidly evolving sector.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team within the Client Protection function.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in law, risk management, operations, or compliance.
- Experience in team leadership, project management, or program development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex topics effectively.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving compliance risks.
- A BA/BS degree from a top university in the U.S.
