Key experience / industries you are targeting?
- 3-5 YOE, 4 years as sweet spot
- Background in Legal Compliance, Risk* could be especially relevant, Paralegal
- Some sort of training, onboarding, leadership even if informal
- Not targeting any specific industry- finding someone that is teachable is the biggest goal
Candidate Fit ?
- Decisive decision-making and collaboration ability within matrixed environment- initiative for enhancing compliance program and risk related topics
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment, smaller less structured group problem solving (targeting start-up or fast growing companies with less than 3k people)
- Ability to work with difficult stakeholders (both internal and external)- adaptability to shifting needs/priorities
- Meeting with client compliance teams
Compensation: $110K-$140k with benefits
