Position Overview :
We are seeking a Construction Estimator and Sales Specialist to handle project take-offs, customer inquiries, and sales support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in take-offs from construction plans, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in industry-specific software.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform take-offs from construction plans and specifications using tools like Bluebeam and AutoCAD .
- Utilize take-off software to analyze project requirements and prepare accurate material estimates.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their project needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Provide sales support, including preparing quotes and responding to customer inquiries.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure project accuracy and timely delivery.
- Use Microsoft Office , Sage , and QuickBooks to manage project documentation and invoicing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Bluebeam , AutoCAD , and other take-off software.
