Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and contribute to project plans and designs for both new and existing IT systems.
- Collaborate with teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.
- Provide leadership for technical tasks and projects as needed.
- Manage projects and ongoing operations within budgetary constraints.
- Enhance the stability and security of company systems.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements based on performance and user feedback.
- Create thorough documentation for project requirements, QA test plans, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as an e-commerce website manager.
