Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cover a wide range of cosmetology topics.
- Teach students essential techniques in hair styling, nail care, and esthetic treatments.
- Provide hands-on training in specialized areas such as hair cutting, hair coloring, permanent waving, relaxers, manicures, pedicures, facials, and acrylic nails.
- Assess student performance through practical demonstrations and written evaluations.
- Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Foster professional relationships with students, offering guidance and support throughout their educational journey.
