Duties

- Instruct students in practical techniques such as hair cutting,hair coloring, permanent waving, permanent relaxers, acrylic nails, and facials.
- Assess student performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster skill development.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment that promotes learning and safety.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Facilitate hands-on training sessions to enhance students' practical skills.
- Support students in their professional development by offering guidance on career opportunities within the cosmetology field.
Experience
- Proven experience in the cosmetology field with expertise in various techniques such as hair styling, makeup application, body waxing, and aesthetic treatments.
- Previous teaching or adult education experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- A valid cosmetology license is required; additional certifications in specialized areas are a plus.
