Our client, a top PE firm based in NYC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to an Investment Team (team of 4) . Job Title : Executive Assistant – Investment Team
Location : New York, NY (4 : 1 Hybrid)
Compensation : $125-150K range DOE bonus excellent benefits
Hours : 9am – 6pm
Degree : Preferred
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level administrative support to two Managing Directors, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and events across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents in compliance with company policies.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents as needed.
- Support the coordination of investment team meetings, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and note-taking.
- Manage special projects and ad hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications and Experience :
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
