Job Summary:
The role is integral to the Human Resources team, emphasizing responsibilities in recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and training and development, while providing significant exposure to compensation and benefits. This position requires a pragmatic HR professional capable of strategic thinking and adept at executing a range of HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will effectively identify, frame problems, and cultivate trusting relationships to resolve current staffing challenges and fulfill talent acquisition needs. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this individual will also supervise and foster the development of fellow HR team members.
Responsibilities Overview:
- Collaborate with the investment team on the analyst program, engaging in all aspects of the employee lifecycle (including hiring, training, and performance management) while providing direct mentorship to analysts.
- Partner with managers and employees across all functions for coaching, employee relations, and outreach initiatives.
- Act as the primary recruiter for support staff and the investment analyst program, working with managers throughout the recruiting process and helping to develop competitive compensation offers.
- Supervise the annual evaluation process and oversee performance management for support staff.
- Play a significant role in employee engagement and learning programs, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), mentoring, and coaching initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 8-12 years of comprehensive HR experience, focusing on recruiting and familiarity with at least one of the following areas: performance management, training and development, or employee relations.
- Strong interest and experience in talent acquisition and recruiting are essential.
- Open to candidates with experience in professional services and biotech/tech; background in financial services, asset management, or banking is considered advantageous.
- Proven project management skills and organizational capabilities.
- A self-starter who can manage a diverse array of HR initiatives effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge effective and influential business partnerships.

Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
