About Us:

Welcome to the Jones Family! We’re new to Washington, having recently relocated from Las Vegas, where we spent the last ten years. Our home is full of energy, love, and adventure, with six incredible kids ranging from ages 2 to 14. We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and fun-loving Family Manager who can help keep our household running smoothly while bringing positivity and warmth into our daily lives.

Our family thrives on outdoor adventures, sports, and travel—we love boating, exploring new places, and making the most of every moment. If you’re someone who enjoys variety in your day, loves working with kids, and is ready to become an integral part of our household, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Keep Our Mornings on Track:

• Help get the kids ready for school (packing lunches, filling water bottles, assisting with last-minute homework).
• Oversee breakfast prep and cleanup, keeping the kitchen and common areas tidy.
• Make sure everyone is out the door on time, ready to take on the day!

Keep the Home Flowing Smoothly:

• Tidy up after the morning rush—light organizing, switching/folding laundry, and keeping main living areas functional.
• No deep cleaning required (we have a cleaning crew!), just maintaining daily organization.
• Assist with fun organizing projects, seasonal decorating, and family event planning.

Make Every Day Fun for the Little Ones:

• Plan engaging activities for our youngest kids (library trips, park outings, crafts, imaginative play).
• Keep them entertained while encouraging learning and creativity.

Lending a Helping Hand:

• Run occasional errands (returns, dry cleaning, grocery pick-ups, car washes).
• Assist with meal prep—lunch for the little ones, after-school snacks, and dinner prep.

Be Our Go-To When We Travel:

• We occasionally need overnight care when both parents are out of town (a few times a year). If you’re open to this, we offer a separate daily rate for these times.

What We're Looking For:

• A self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Someone who enjoys kids and brings a fun, creative approach to daily activities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A good driving record and valid insurance for safely transporting children.
• A flexible and positive attitude—every day is a little different!

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly pay: $20-$25/hour, based on experience.
• Additional daily compensation for overnight stays when parents travel.
